I worked more than two years as a business analyst and project focal point. I worked in the group of business analysis within CRM, working on several new products created by Vodafone for its customers.

I worked in the group of business analysis within CRM, working on several new products designed by Vodafone for its customers. This project has been a valuable opportunity to develop team working capabilities as well as for deepening typical aspect on TelCo Customer Care, Billing, Message Processing, Payment Management and Promotion Management.
