A significant reverse engineering project for the Vodafone’s CRM system. This project has been a serious structural review and created the basis for one of the biggest assets and most important ICT for the customer.
This project made me understand that complexity is always affordable with the team working and that too difficult tasks simply do not exist when you want to overcome your fears.
After more than fifteen years this asset I contributed to build is still the core of the customer’s information system related to Customer Care and Billing System
