Service Manager in the group of “Dealer Station” application support; I worked on canonical service support activities and meanwhile I managed a “log parsing” project initially for diagnostic and performance monitoring purposes, but since we produced a complete synthesis for main selling processes (including usim activation), part of the outputs of our system has been used for reporting sellings to the company management board.

I also collaborated in the drafting of part of the key performance indicator for the operations and selling divisions
