Project management for customization of HP-PPM (prev. Mercury ITG) related to Portfolio and Change Management.
The activity covered the following aspects:
- Collecting requirements
- Estimation of project
- Drafting project documentation according to the quality system (the customer has an ISO 9004 certification)
- Determination solution
- Management of the implementation process
- Managing user testing phases
- coordination of release activities
The project introduced the IT Strategy in the customer’s environment and built the possibility to certificate the firm for the Sarbanes-Oxley.
More in detail, the new system created the formal process for the software release, all based on “segregation of duties” principles, to warrant the management board and the investors that no piece of software could be installed in production environment in absence of a documented process
